I have not had good experiences with realtors until I met Doug. I am a no nonsense scientist that likes facts, not fiction or drama, so it was refreshing to find that Doug appeased me by meeting all me needs. Doug is responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring. I always felt Doug was working in my best interests and never simply to earn himself the money. He helped us buy our dream home and made sure everything was looked after. He also sold the house we moved from and that too was smooth and stress free. Doug's got hustle like a New Yorker. We were impressed with his enthusiasm to look at houses (we saw 25+). He was always upbeat and optimistic about finding the right house for us and persevered to help us find what we were looking for within our budget. There were several times when he dropped whatever he was doing and rushed to get us the first look at a place just posted. On top of all of this, he helped connect us with some honest contractors to assess work we wanted done, navigated some tricky negotiations, lined up a solid mortgage broker, and lots of the important small things to get it all done.
